Look at my Christmas cactus in October.

I just love making flowers on stainless steel rods.  Just add them to a salt and pepper shaker and have a cute little creation.  These are available at Midwest Lampwokers Guild's All Member Show at The Hot Shops on 13 & Nichols through October 26.  I am working Thursday the 16th.  Or join us for Art in the Bag 10/26 2-4.  www.artinthebag.com
This is one of Jim's best breads ever.  He baked a New York Rye.  It smells so good!!

New Items of Interest

This one of  my favorite uses for lampwork glass flowers.  Tanya McGuire created this wonderful Hobo Gypsy Bracelet.  I took her class at Smiling Turtle on 156 and Center.  Tanya is a great teacher and outstanding artist. I can't wait to make more with my beads.
